    College Students: You Can Play USTA League On Us

    Let the USTA/Midwest Section cover your 2014 USTA League Fees*

    How to Get Started:

    1. Participants must be a USTA/Midwest Section USTA League player currently enrolled at a college or university to be eligible. (all current full-time, half-time, as well as graduate students are eligible)
    2. Players must be signed up on a team and have a team number and USTA membership in order to qualify.
    3. Players must complete the REIMBURSEMENT FORM and upload a copy of their most recent student schedule.
    4. Once approved, the USTA/Midwest Section will reimburse you for one (1) USTA League district registration fee minus the $3 Active Network (TennisLink) fee to the address you provide.
    5. Reimbursement will be distributed on a first come first serve basis. The final deadline to submit for the 2014 USTA League season is September 30, 2014.
    *Eligible players will receive reimbursement of their USTA League district registration fee minus the $3 Active Network (TennisLink) fee for one (1) USTA League team during the 2014 USTA Leagu Championship season. Only applicable to USTA League play within the boundaries of the USTA/Midwest Section.  USTA/Midwest Section reserves the right to end promotion at anytime.
